长期从事微纳传感器与精密仪器研究,面向极高温、微尺度、辐照等极端环境条件下的高性能微纳传感器和精密检测仪器研究,包括高性能MEMS惯性传感器、精密位移传感器、超高温温度传感器、荧光和拉曼检测技术与仪器等。
